Missed deadlines can lead to costly penalties.

UAE Corporate Tax applies to financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. Taxable persons, including free zone persons, are generally required to register for Corporate Tax and file a return within 9 months from the end of the relevant tax period.

The FTA has also introduced an initiative allowing eligible taxpayers to have the late registration penalty waived if they meet the required conditions, including submitting the first tax return within 7 months from the end of the first tax period.
Example: if your UAE company has a 31 December 2025 year-end, the Corporate Tax return and payment deadline would generally be 30 September 2026. Earlier action is strongly recommended because bookkeeping, accounts and tax adjustments may take time.

Deadline check

We review licence date, tax period and entity type before advising on the correct next step.

Penalty exposure assessment

We assess the AED 10,000 late registration penalty position and waiver eligibility.

Registration status review

We identify whether your business is registered, pending, late or at risk.

Return filing preparation

We prepare the numbers properly before submission, not just upload incomplete figures.

Know your deadline. File with confidence.
